Online Document Repository

Intelgain created this centralized online document repository for a well know Global Asset Management Company in order to automate cumbersome document management, distribution and tracking procedures. The repository grants ‘rights based’ accessibility and ownership to users who can manage all kinds of documents with various versions, and avoid unnecessary duplication of documents.

The repository has an enhanced ‘Search’ capability, multi-lingual support and document availability based on user time zones to co-ordinate enterprise functions globally.

The system manages ‘User Groups’ with user-friendly interfaces, allows interfacing between the repository and the client’s own website and implements a caching server for load balancing.

Since the client needs to generate periodic regional as well as global reports and documents like term sheets, performance reports, videos and presentations to their investors, the document repository makes their work much more efficient and easy.

In order to create this system, Intelgain had to understand the intricacies required in the e-Library during system analysis, follow stringent QA & security guidelines and work in close co-ordination with the remote technical team during development and deployment. Intelgain also managed cultural challenges with different teams in UK and Germany.
