Intelgain designed and constructed from the ground up, a comprehensive Mortgage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system for a Michigan based Mortgage Company in the USA.
The Mortgage CRM System is a web-based all-in-one application that automates mortgage management, marketing and sales. It facilitates easy, automatic tracking, distribution, reporting and follow-up for leads, pending loan applications, prospective as well as existing clients.
Intelgain Mortgage CRM ensures better customer relationships and allows users to close more loans in less time. In addition to marketing automation, it features complete contact management, process automation, transaction tracking and sales management.
The Mortgage CRM system was first developed on a .NET 1.1 framework in 2005 and later upgraded to version 2.0 in 2007. The system uses the MS SQL Server as the RDBMS.
We were planning on growth and felt that client management was very important. The Mortgage CRM System has enabled us to keep track of all our deals since they are in one location. Previously it would be on paper and a lot of it was really hard. It helped the back office team to be more efficient in managing relationships after first contact.
Intelgain did a great job of creating the software and a solution to their best ability when we could not explain what it was that I needed. So sometimes our inability to explain stuff was complimented by the excellent knowledge of people at Intelgain.
