Kapil Chopra – CEO
Kapil has been around in the IT industry for over 11 years. He started out as an IT Consultant with Computer Sciences Corporation in Europe in 1999.
In 2000, ventured into the dot com space with a focus on capital markets in India. In 2003, diversified business interests to tap the domain and technology expertise in-house and turned the IT team into a profit center. Established an offshore delivery model for all consulting and software development activities operating out of India thereby branding Intelgain Technologies as an ‘Indian’ offshore development company.
Has established business to its existing levels and has enjoyed success with customers worldwide in stitching together long term partnerships. He heads Business Development and overlooks other strategic initiatives at Intelgain Technologies.
Neeraj Gargi – CTO
Neeraj is responsible for the overall IT operations and implementation. With over 10 years of experience in the IT industry, his vast experience with emerging technologies and countless rewarding implementations makes him the ideal technology head. As CTO, he has been designing IT policies and overseeing business process driven technology improvements within the organization.
He has been mentoring and providing leadership to project managers, team leaders and grooming young talent. Among his specialities are creating Long-range system architecture leading to realisation of systems that adhere to the ISO 9001:2000 standards.
His acute business and technical acumen serves as the bridge and helps customers make disciplined and proactive IT investment decisions.
Bal Krishan Joshi – Director, Delivery
BK has over 20 years of experience in the Process and IT industry. He brings to the table his immense wealth of experience in Delivery and Project Management.BK is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He has vast exposure in project implementation on several domains including Pharmaceutical, Health Care, CRM, Human Resources, Real Estate, Travel, Wealth Management, Social Networking, Energy, Document Management, etc.
He has special skills on Business Requirement Analysis, Risk Management, Technology Evaluations and Competence Development.
Barry Knights – Director (Intelgain Australia)
Barry has been involved in IT-related positions for around 8 years. He has cross-sector experience in education and business IT applications ranging from flexible learning options for distance students at university, to IT applications for remote communities in the Australian Outback.
Barry brings a strong business background to the position which enables him to successfully integrate technical and business aspects of applications. He believes in building strong alliances with companies, that deliver clever digital solutions to everyday business issues.
Pankaj Chopra – CEO, Iden Investment Advisors
Pankaj heads Iden Investment Advisors, an Investment Advisor to Institutional Investors for Indian listed equity. With over 15 years in the Investment Management space, he heads a team of fund managers and analysts that identify emerging trends to look for opportunities in the framework of macroeconomic, political risks.
He started wow-india.com, a research and investment portal in 2000 which ran successfully until the team’s merger with Shanti Gestion, a French Asset Management Firm in 2007.
